Squats: 1x8 @ 110 warmup, 3x10 @ (180, 170, 170) (Hard, a little unstable)

Deadlifts: 3x10 @ 90 (Not bad, still hard on my hands)

Calf raises: 3x25 @ 45

Lunges: 3x25
