Notes

Ran as part of 21 mile workout. Was aiming for 8:00 MP but started way too fast, although with the downhills it didn't feel that fast. Settled back to MP, with more uphills, worked the last couple miles. Definitely a hard effort, more long hills than I expected. Elev gain/loss for total run about 950 ft.
