felt very sluggish. Heart rate, at least per watch, was pretty elevated (yesterday as well), and it did feel a bit high running. I think I OD'd on Mucinex yesterday. Was splitting 1200mg tablets thinking 600mg...But sure has helped the sinus thing which seems well under control.
