HR Workout A. Got a twing in left hammy tendon trying a burpee so scratched those in favor of high knees. Pretty tough workout, especially the one leg step offs (like a pistol squat). Seemed higher intensity, fewer reps, than Restore Phase workout. Butt and left hammy tendon area a bit more sore, than after recent workouts, while sitting at work.
