Felt relatively good. First 10 sluggish feeling but ok. MP and tempo miles weren't easy but felt better than the first LR with tempo. Added mile 20 at MP just to get home a bit sooner. Hammies and hip good. Right foot a little sore but wore shoes with superfeet which really seen to make a difference (did last Sat race and MLR on Wed in shoes without superfeet and felt more soreness after). HR data looks too low...was working harder than that during MP and tempo miles. 9:10 pace for first 10. 8:12 pace for last 11. 908 elev
