525 elev. scheduled workout was 16 with 4x1 at tempo with 1 minute jog between. 10 degrees or so but wind wasn't bad. A bit sluggish feeling for the forst 10. tempos were tough to hit 7:30 but pushed through. last few miles felt like a slog but pace was ok. tough but good LR...with spice! Ankle was no issue during run. Seems ok post run, so far
