Intervals 3.44 miles 6:44 pace. Recoveries 5.87 9:50 pace.
Tough workout and first track workout in a months. Felt pretty good though. Pushed pretty hard, especially last 800 and 400. Some HHT discomfort the past week but ok during run and after (as of Noon). Ankle/ptt stiff to start and sort of present during run but didn't hinder any. Ok after, so far.
