elev gain/loss 866ft. perfect weather so took advantage of it. Started at Wing Lake school so hillier than a home start. Worked on using glutes on hills, keeping arms in, lower, swinging. Targeted about 8:30 pace after a warm-up mile and mostly hit it. Slower miles 9-10, around FLCC, more uphill? Tried to get last two miles around MP, but didn't push it, and came close. Hammies seemed good, some soreness for leg workout but ok. Left hip a bit sore post run but didn't bother me during.
