Dexter-Ann Arbor 10K. Perfect weather, mid-50s, low humidity. Quite a change from a few days ago. Out and back course, downhill first mile, uphill last. Otherwise fairly flat. Lost Murray late in mile 4 on a downhill and into mile 5, where I lagged, but uphill last mile was pretty good. 46:09 official time, 7:27 pace. 45th overall, 37th male, 4th in age group (Murray was 3rd).
Hammies felt great. Very little tightness or soreness. Left hip never bothered me during race although a bit tired/sore after the race. Did a mobility routine, light stretching and foam rolling in the afternoon. I think I have the racing bug again!
