tied to keep pace slower than 8:15. last 2-3 miles tried for 7:44-50 pace. didn't have lap setting g on but think I probably was there. avg pace at Maple and Golf was 8:15 and finished with 8:08.

felt pretty good in general despite being a little sore from hockey and leg strength workout on Friday
