Boston - 730 elev. Progression run. 4 at MP +90, 4 at MP +60, 4 at MP +45, 4 at MP +30, 4 at MP +5.
Ran the last 10 miles of the Boston marathon course starting at the finish, out and back. felt good, hit paces and a bit better, except for uphills, but didn't strain. Cool to see Heartbreak Hill twice in a run, sort of!
