3 mile warmup, 3 mile tempo, 2x400, 2 mile warmdown
worked pretty hard. tempo pace was pretty good but had to work the last mile. 400s were tough. legs were a bit tired/sore from leg workout yesterday. Ankle/ptt ok but lingering. Seems ok during workday.
Intervals 3.86 miles 7:22 pace. Recoveries 5.72 miles 9:10.
