nice and easy but really wasn't going to be any faster even if I wanted. No real soreness, just tired. Interestingly, post-race, my butt issue hasn't flared up at all and, if anything, has almost gone away. I've been able to sit way more than usual and, even with leg workout today, it isn't nearly as sore. Maybe just the reduced miles but I thought the MP pace miles might cause it to flare up. Only current issue is my right ankle, which used to be a right foot arch issue. I think whatever I did on the track a week ago is lingering a bit. Sore at times but doesn't feel weak. Did the one leg stuff without pain but some discomfort.
