Worst race in a while, I couldn't hold it, my heart rate and everything went south after the first mile. It was 90 degrees and humid, but I just feel a bit defeated from this. Nobody cared, it wasn't a huge deal, but it's frustrating since I know I need to be running this pace for 13 miles (5:59) and I could barely do 2 miles of it today during a 5K.
10th overall, 1st age group.
