Race went alright --still not racing at the level I want but I think I'm heading in the right track. First mile 5:24, 5:33: 5:44... when I'm racing well I do well my last mile. I think I'll just need to get more in the tank as it appears I have plenty of speed.
7th/2322 runners. 2nd in 35-39 div (sam bell first)
