Ran as a tempo run, still don't like losing but honestly my legs didn't have it, I've been eating like crap, not sleeping well, and my last 4 weeks of running has been low miles and only working hard at the races I've been at, so I can't expect miracles on race day. Aug I'll start dialing back in my training
