I hate the treadmill. 10 minutes at 6.5 mph from ~1:07-1:17, 12 minutes starting at 1:29 - 6.0mph, bumped up to 6.5 mph after a few minutes, ~2 minutes at 6.7 mph, 4 or 5 minutes at 6.9 mph.
