Tempo-interval hybrid kind of thing - humid and club workout as written was way too much volume for me anyway, so I improvised. 6-5-4-3-2 min hard w/ half time recovery - started off around LT and cut down. Daydreaming and missed the 3 min mark after the 6, had to stop and direct traffic for a flock of geese in the middle of the 4 min. 3 min jog and then another 5 at ~LT for 25 min total of work.
