I suppose sometimes coaches know best, don't they! Coach Bob has wanted me to run my longer runs a bit quicker and knowing that my weekend long is going to be hills w/ Allison (and I'm not running both 1000 ft of gain AND moderate pace thanks), I opted to try for a more moderate/upbeat pace today. Was grumpy for the first few miles but settled in and felt really good by the end.
