Getting back into the workout routine - 3x1 mile starting at ~HM effort and cutting down a little. 2 min jog recovery. I believe that last rep showcased the lovely 235 cadence lock phenomenon - I find it highly unlikely that my heart rate actually spiked to 200 when I had other gears left in my legs!
