Sore muscles after yesterday's Out n Back. But kept a nice steady effort today, nicely in the recovery range of HR's. I'm actually surprised that my pace was as fast as it was -- usually, if I jog at the Running Wizard prescribed paces, my HR ends up well above the prescribed range (and if I run the prescribed HR, the paces are usually much slower than the plan calls for). Hopefully, it's yet another sign that my fitness didn't go completely out the window when I backed off my training for 4-5 weeks due to piriformis.
And it was beautiful out, today! 46 degrees during the run, but on it's way up to near-60!!
