Out n Back on TM, 5.2 miles at 8.0 - 8.4 mph (increasing speed throughout, with the last 2 laps at 8.5 and 8.6 mph).
HR got up to 161 bpm with a couple of 163 bpm spikes, which is about where it should be for this type of run.
Good stretch and strengthening routine afterwards. Piriformis issue improved throughout the run: some pain at the start, almost none by the finish, and no pain whatsoever on the cooldown.
