3 very easy walk/jog miles this morning. 11:19 avg pace, 107 bpm avg HR.
Good just to get out the door this morning. Tired legs due to cumulative effect going back to GiG 10K (2 Saturdays ago), a 3x2mi workout 3 days later, a 9-mile O&B 3 days later, and a 19-miler 2 days after that (yesterday).
