Resting HR 57 (higher than normal), and Weight was 155 (highest in quite a while). Not sure why. I did a cross-training workout yesterday, rather than take the day off completely. I may have worked other muscle groups more than I thought and the fatigue might have resulted in the higher HR's today(??), both resting and average during run. The weight has been coming back up steadily since the marathon (from a low of about 149), but today seemed like a big jump up (to 155) from a few recent readings in the 152-153 range.
The run itself did not feel difficult at all, but I consciously kept myself from going any harder.
