Plan: warmup, then begin at 8 mph (7:30 pace), try to increase so that I finish around 8.3 mph (7:16 pace). w/u and c/d ~ 1/2 mile each.

Actual: 4 mi on TM, stomach issues. Then 2 mi on lateral elliptical, then 1.2 mi on TM.

Avg HR during each was abt 155-160 bpm.

Cold/bug may still be affecting me.
