Notes
I threw in a fast-ish mile in the middle of this run. Not sure if this makes sense (probably not). I wanted to see what I would feel like on somewhat tired legs. I ran hard, but not *that* hard, but I was still disappointed that it was only 6:18 and not something faster. Anyhow, I had the wind at my back during and after the hard run portion, and my pace was kinda quick. The 8:38 immediately after the 1-mile is surprising because I walked to recover for awhile before I began running again. It felt easy enough, although my HR was still quite elevated from the 1-mile thing.
