Notes

11.5 mile Aer Run on TM. I used 1% incline, 7.1 mph (8:27 pace) for 10 miles (after doing a 1 mile w/u), then a 0.5 mile c/d. I did a pretty decent warm-up routine BEFORE getting on the treadmill, and also did some foam-rolling afterwards.
