Excellent. Felt like I nailed it today, unlike the first 2 Yasso workouts, which I merely survived.
Splits:
2:59.75 -- slowest, and hardest
2:55.79 -- same effort as first one, only slightly faster. Feeling of impending doom ...
2:50.22 -- dang, that was easy!

2:50.75 -- speeding up for the last 3 (an impossible task the last 2 Yasso workouts)
2:51.59 -- solid
2:48.83 -- fastest one of all 27 800m repeats I've run all summer. solid finish, happy with it.
AVG = 2:52.9 (adding 5 predicts a 2:58 marathon, which would be awesome!)
