I was jammed in for the first 0.25 miles, then I blasted a bit too fast to make up for it. My splits were:

6:00, 6:07, 6:09, and 5:32 pace for the final 0.1 mi. Fairly even, but I felt horrible. Thought I might puke during cool down.

Probably not a true representation of my fitness; 13 mi w/ 10 at MP on Fri, 12 mi aerobic pace Sat, 6 mi brisk walking + 9 hours at Valleyfair on Sunday (yesterday). Less than 2 weeks until Sandhills Marathon, and really only a 10-day taper coming up after this Wednesday. Hard to know if I have a PR left in me (18:36), but I’d definitely need to be better rested than I was today.
