LMLS, Intervals (6 x 1200m, 0.75 @ 9.4 mph, 0.25 @ 6.0 mph, all at 1% except last repeat at 1.5%), SAM Hard.
Great workout. Faster than prior weeks, and shorter recovery intervals. Happy with how I felt given the 20-miler just 2 days ago. I am flip-flopping and deciding to do the full 4 weeks of Interval training before the Coordination/Integration phase. At least that's my thinking today.
