8 miles aerobic. It felt like an easy pace, but my paces for miles 2 thru 7 were 7:47 or better. And the first and last miles were 8:07 and 8:04. Even more surprising is that I ran a pretty hard 16.5 miles yesterday. I must've gotten over some minor illness or something ... hard to explain otherwise ... except maybe that the training is going well and my body is starting to absorb it ... or something.
