Low expectations after the past 10 days (travel, sick, hamstrings, lower back).

Went much better than expected. Splits were:

6:46, 6:49, 6:26, 6:41, 6:40.

Original Pfitz plan called for a Race, but not willing to push that hard after recent issues and with Marathon in 2 weeks.

Very happy with paces, effort level, and improvements in back pain. 17-miler tomorrow needs to stay easy.
