Ran 3 miles Easy (6 mph, 4% incline)
After Run:
situps (20), burpees w/pushup&leap (20).
I reached my max HR of 154 during initial strength cycle, and again during burpees. During the run, stayed at 6 mph with 4% incline, and HR stayed steady at 140.
