LMLS, 10.2 miles at low HR (127-135 bpm, speed 6.8 - 7.0 mph, 1%), SAM Easy
HR stayed low, even at 6.9 and 7.0 mph. Last week was the first week that looked "normal" in quite a while, and it included the 8K race (O'Gara's). Felt like I have officially kicked off training.
