Notes

Shakeout jog after 2 days off following marathon. Felt very little soreness, slight stiffness, not much fatigue. I ran about a quarter mile at sub 7:00 pace near the end just to stretch things out a bit. That felt great.

Time to start ramping back up ... slowly.
