1. Lateral elliptical, 8-9 width (of 10), 15-17 effort (out of 30), to simulate skate-style xc skiing (46 minutes); and
2. 4.1 miles on TM at 6.6 mph, 1%, slowing down a bit in last mile to keep HR down to 132 bpm.
