2 x 1 mi @ 6:40 and 7:23. The first was just running comfortably fast. The second was trying to keep Power at 260 Watts. (The prediction for 260 W was 7:26 pace, so a 7:23 is pretty darn close. Although wind was significant today ...)
260 will be my target Power level for the marathon on Saturday.
