Recover jog/walk. Just enough walk breaks to get the avg pace close to 10 minute miles. Some fatigue from yesterday's Long Run, but not too bad. SAM Easy Phase 3 -- I'll probably go back to the SAM Easy Ph 2 version in the future. But I'll try the Ph 3 Hard version after my next workout.
