Notes
Cold. Well, colder than I was ready for. I consciously held back (or so I thought) at the very beginning, but I was going more like 5K speed. I was able to hold on to 6:30 pace for the rest of it, although I was struggling at the very end.
Good workout.
Met Ed afterward and we jogged about 4 miles, then had brunch at O'Gara's afterwards. Really nice day!
