Headache, achy hip and other places, overslept, ... just happy to finish this one. Goal was to do 14.5 mi at ~7:10 pace, but fell a bit short (14.6 @ 7:21 avg). HR stayed relatively low for this workout (mid-140s), a bit lower than last week. 2 more of these runs in the schedule — hoping for a stronger showing next week.
