LMLS, 7.7 miles Aerobic (but quite snappy), SAM Easy

HR numbers are meaningless today, so it's hard to know what my effort level was based on HR. But it felt easy, despite the fast pace. If I were to guess HR, maybe 140-145 for the last 3 miles.

Calves felt stiff and sore, similar to how they felt during the marathon. Today was the first "real" run since the marathon 9 days ago. Other than the calves, the rest of me is ready to start workouts, but the plan is to keep it easy through the weekend, just build up the mileage to be ready to jump into a Pfitz 18/85 plan in a couple weeks.
