20-miler. Second half was solid -- 3 slowest miles were 8:04, 8:03, 8:05. I seemed to pick up speed. Effort level did not increase; I always wonder if this is a result of exhausting the slow twitch fibers, and when the fast-twitch have to kick in, they are unable to go any slower than 8:00 pace.
I fueled and hydrated throughout the run (including a Gu before, 2 Sis gels during, and a Gu at the end, AND 2 bottles of Tailwind during the run, AND a water bottle. This was the best I've felt AFTER a long run.
