Biked 13.25 miles on mountain bike. Really reined it in today, keeping it nice and easy. Max HR was 137 bpm, and avg was 113 bpm, so that's quite a bit easier than other rides. Also, I limited it to under an hour. This is all because of the fact that Afton was last Saturday, AND I probably overdid the Tuesday Progression Run workout. Feeling pretty good after the ride. Oh year, LMSL before, and SAM Easy after.
