Notes

As expected, it’s much harder to keep HR rock steady on a hilly route. Still happy with numbers while running mostly by feel today — I only looked at HR or pace maybe once a mile. Pace was slower than on TM. (I left HR strap at work, so HR data is from wrist, but it looks about right.)
