Notes

Took it easy after work travel, only 5.4 miles (vs. 8 mi planned), and at a slow pace (9:00-ish). Trying to allow right hamstring to recover. It's still tight after tweaking it during Wednesday's Intervals, but it seemed to feel like it was improving. Another real easy day tomorrow, then 22 on Sunday, so hopefully the hammy is good to go by then.
