Plan 8:05 pace
Pace was about right, everything felt good until about mile 14. Heat, HUMIDITY, and hills all caught up with me and I hit the wall. The last 4 miles were really tough, but I was able to keep up an 8:00 minute pace. Near the end, I felt like I was dying and I felt like I had slowed down a LOT, but my pace didn't seem to change. I'm not sure what to make of that. Maybe a good thing?
Post-script: I felt completely wiped out afterwards. Heat exhaustion or dehydration or something. I was very weak all day and into the next morning.
