Walk/Run. After about 3 or 4 miles, I walked the first 60+ seconds of each mile and ran the rest. I had a string of miles with 9:07 to 9:27 splits, which means I was probably pushing too hard during the run portions. Good cadence and form towards the end. Sore, but that was to be expected after being down with a cold for the last 10 days.
