Notes

Focused on form, particularly when running up hills. This resulted in some higher HRs than I've been getting on most avg aerobic runs, but they are not super high (148 was highest today), and they are temporary. Overall avg HR for today was still 129 bpm, which is right on target. Ran a few strides near the end. Bumped it up to 12 miles today (been at 11 miles for Mondays for quite a while).

Notable: Last night, my resting HR at bedtime was 43 bpm. Repeated twice in a row.
