NOTE: Heart & Sole 5K in the morning -- not running, but setting up, etc..
It might be a good idea to scale this workout back a bit ... because of both the Odayin 5k in the am, AND the difficulty of doing a 13.5 mi OnB just 2 weeks before the marathon. Maybe do a 9 mi OnB, with 4 mi of w/u and c/d for 13 total -- I think this makes sense ...
