Garmin Connect still down -- Uploading the .FIT file was very easy. I may do it this way from now on.
Hill workout at HS. 6X up the big hill, 3x strides after every 2nd hill. Wrist HR #'s look mostly ok, although there were a few periods of "cadence lock" here and there (miles 3, 4 and 9, possibly other times) as evidenced by Max HR in the upper 160's.
I am springing up the hill, not sprinting. I am not getting winded, but my legs are getting a decent plyo workout, feeling the burn. This was the end of week 3 of Hills, 1 more week to go.
